Where
The CAYSA Championships will be played on November 11 & 12 at Crossroads Soccer Complex in Temple. Please see this page on Centex’s site for the basic field layout at Crossroads.

Who
League Vice Presidents will be working to validate points on league games and begin notifying qualifying teams. Any spots not accepted by qualifying teams will be offered to the next best team until all slots are filled.

Check In
Tournament check-in for all teams playing on November 11-12 will be day of your first match during the Fall CAYSA Championships. Please be aware, YOUR TEAM MUST CHECK IN 45 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR FIRST MATCH – NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be check-in locations at Crossroads at the main tent. You must check-in at the site of your first games.
- An official roster, signed by your club Registrar
- Player cards (laminated, with photos OR Virtual cards)
- KidSafe passes for all adults listed on the roster.
- A penalty point form signed by your league VP (these may be available at the check-in, check with your VP).
- Your registration fee, unless your club has sent a letter to CAYSA promising to cover your registration fee. Fee payment should be in the form of a check made out to CAYSA.
- CAYSA CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM FEE – U11 & U12 teams: $300. U13 and older teams: $325.
- THERE ARE NO CLUB PASS PLAYERS ALLOWED AT FALL CAYSA CHAMPIONSHIPS
The roster and penalty point form will not be returned to you; please make sure you have another copy.
At check-in teams will be required to sign a commitment form for both Western District and for State playoffs. This form will state that if you qualify for STYSA’s Western District playoffs and, if applicable, State Championships that your team will attend these events. See STYSA’s page for more information about Western District and State playoffs (dates, location, etc.).
During check in you will be provided with:
- Tournament rules
- Advancement rules
- Map of the fields (Crossroads)
Check in will be before a team’s first match. With that said, a team must check in 45 minutes before their first match. Please review all the documents needed at check-in and make sure to give yourself enough time before your first match! If you do not check-in your team or you are missing documents, your team will be turned away and will not be able to compete in the championship. Please make sure you have every document needed for check-in!
Additionally – please be aware of the following field rules at Crossroads Soccer Complex:
- NO PETS
- NO SMOKING / VAPING
- NO ALCOHOL
- NO BOTTLES
- REFEREE ABUSE WILL LEAD TO REMOVAL FROM FACILITY

PhotoMules will be on site and can take panoramic (extra wide) team photos and edit and print them on-site. You can leave with a full team photo. Teams will want to take advantage of this, whether or not it’s a photo with medals.
You can leave the tournament with memories, t-shirts or other gear, unique photos, and maybe some medals.
